1c honey
1 c sugar
a dash of salt
1 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Boil to hard ball stage. 260o.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cool in buttered pan until cool enough to handle.
Pull until smooth and light in color.
Cut rapidly into pieces.
Wrap each piece in waxed paper.
MOVE QUICKLY!

Mom sent a bunch of this home for me this Christmas. I totally forgot about it until about a month ago, but by then it had practically disintegrated in my damp, cold bedroom :(
