make your own gourmet cupcakes

Everybody loves a good cupcake, right?  Well for me, there's nothing worse than a dry, tasteless cupcake.  Well with a few ingredients and some yummy frosting, you can bake your own, homemade, gourmet-tasting cupcakes!  Hooray!  And even though I shouldn't be eating cupcakes, I can at least smell them.

Homemade Gourmet Cupcakes

1 box cake mix - any flavor (but you know I prefer chocolate)

1 small box pudding mix (again, chocolate!)

4 eggs

1 C. sour cream

1/2 C. water

1/2 C. oil

Mix all of your ingredients and bake as instructed, or until toothpick comes out clean.  Cool on a wire rack, then frost to your heart's desire!
